Our Story
Founded in 2024, Eternal Faith Hospice was created with a simple mission: to provide compassionate hospice care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace to patients and their families during life’s most meaningful moments. As a proud member of the LifeCare Home Health & Hospice Family, we combine the personalized attention of a locally led hospice provider with the resources, experience, and support of a trusted healthcare organization.

At Eternal Faith Hospice, our mission is to help patients live each day with comfort, dignity, and the highest possible quality of life while providing guidance and support for the families who love them. Across our Georgia communities, we provide Medicare-certified hospice care, with palliative care also available in select locations for patients who need specialized symptom management while continuing curative treatment.
